Over the next few weeks I shall be posting all about The Finish Sauna,Its history and the proper way to Bathe in the Sauna.Unfortunately many people have the wrong idea as to what the Sauna is about.I aim to try and clear this common misconception and inform people,that a custom dating back thousands of years is in fact a very personal experience.
