Which Helsinki Hostel to choose
From personally trying these Helsinki Hostels my favourite has to be Hostel Suomenlinna. Whilst it is not in the centre of Helsinki, being situated on an Island Fortress of Soumenlinna, the accommodation, scenery and lifestyle once on the Island is insurmountable. This is my Blog favourite for travellers

Long story made short – I was in Helsinki for a couple of night in 2008 during a layover and I was shocked at how expensive was accommodation. We are backpackers so most places were way beyond our budget… but at the end we had to pay because we had no choice. I thought France was expensive but Finland beats it!
Nice city though ;-)
