Hi Barr Gregory, first I’d like to offer my congratulations on you moving to a VPS host – its a big step! (in the right direction) :)
I also wanted to make a link suggestion, Global Visas may be of use to your readers who are looking to follow in your footsteps and become expats. They help with things like uk visas and other parts of immigration.

I very much enjoy reading your blog; I came across your site when looking for resources (particularly insurance resources) for British Expats.
I currently work for a British company called Life Insure who help expatriates like yourself obtain life insurance. We understand that this can be difficult to obtain when moving/having moved abroad, but we also recognise that it is an important safety net to have wherever you are in the world.
I think that a link to our site’s specially tailored expat life insurance section would benefit expats (or potential expats!) that visit your site if it were to be posted in your links section.
