Yesterday I was pointed in the direction of an organization that provides a wealth of information by means of an International Online Community and contact resources for Expatriates like myself and for people working abroad.When I say large,I mean large.With a more than 230 overseas International online community in different parts of the world.InterNations.org is a valuable site for finding and keeping in contact with fellow Expatriates.I myself as a British Expatriate in Helsinki Finland,was pleasantly surprised to find such a large international online community here in Helsinki Finland.They are an International online Community for people who live or work abroad.

InterNations is the first international online community for people who live and work abroad. As a network based on trust, we enable our members to interact with other global minds in a similar situation, with comparable interests and needs. InterNation users can keep in touch with friends and business contacts; they can exchange reliable information on expat-specific topics, both on a global and a local level.

InterNations reaches out to the international online community: diplomats, members of IGOs and NGOs, foreign correspondents, expatriates employed by multinational companies and their family members.
